Confektz has just released its new product for Spring 2012. A delicious and crunchy biscotti flavoured with natural almonds. We are putting the finishing touches to the Biscotti Thin range which is available with different nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.

Two wins in Great Taste Awards 2011
Confektz has been awarded one of the 3 gold star awards for our Chocolate honey nut nougat in this year's Great Taste Awards organized by The Guild of Fine Food. In 2011 around 7400 entries were received across all categories for the award competition but only around 112 were awarded 3 gold stars. Confektz was one of these winners.
Confektz also won a gold star for its Almond Brittle.

Also, great news. Fortnum & Mason nominated our marshmallows for the Great Taste Awards 2010 awarded by the Guild of Fine Foods. Confektz won a gold star in the Petit Fours section for our gourmet marshmallow.
