I started market testing my Bags of Delights products in Nov 2006 in certified farmers' markets across the East of England, and at national events.
I discovered there was a market for flavoursome products made from premium local ingredients that had real taste and interesting textures. I was able to share the joys of eating artisanal sweets made in small quantities from the freshest ingredients, especially quality Rocky Road made from my real flavoured marshmallow, roasted nuts, cherries and good chocolate.
I developed many of these recipes over the last 30 years when I made my sweet treats for friends and family. Now I work to develop vibrant flavours and finishes for the sophisticated palate as well as the person who delights in the flavours and pleasures of the past.
