Product Range
All our confectionery is made with premium ingredients and locally sourced where possible. We use only East Anglian beet sugar and fresh East Anglian free-range organic eggs, British organic butters and milk, natural extracts, real fruits and real liquors.
  • All our products are gluten free.
  • Our marshmallows are made with bovine gelatine so they are unsuitable for vegetarians.
  • Our generous marshmallows are hand cut so they will vary a little in size.
  • We add potassium sorbate as a preservative to our marshmallows unless you request otherwise.

Melting marshmallows:
British beet sugar, water, organic egg white, bovine gelatine, liquid glucose, natural flavours, potassium sorbate as a preservative 

Vanilla (natural Madagascan bourbon vanilla extract)

English elderflower (natural extract from English flowers)
Frosty peppermint (natural oil)
Chocmint (natural oil)
Honey (real honey)

Rocky Road: a mixture of two contrasting-flavour marshmallows, fruit and nuts, covered in pure Venezuelan chocolate (minimum 72% cocoa solids from Venezuelan cocoa beans, brown sugar, pure cocoa butter, vanilla, soya lecithin as an emulsifier)
Original (rose and vanilla marshmallows, toasted almonds, toasted hazelnuts, glace cherries, chocolate as above

Coffee Walnut (coffee and vanilla marshmallows, walnuts, roasted coffee bean fragments, chocolate as above)
St Clements (tangerine and lemon marshmallows, dried pineapple, toasted almonds, chocolate as above)
                         


Truffles:
a firm slow-melt truffle made with pure Venezuelan chocolate and flavoured with dark rum, rolled in sugared cocoa powder

Fruit jellies: fresh-tasting ambient confections to eat alone, to add to cheese boards, also as palate cleansers.
Made from crushed fruit locally sourced where possible

Flavours may include apple, blackberry, blackcurrant, redcurrant, pink grapefruit, orange, raspberry, strawberry, loganberry, gooseberry, rhubarb, tomato/lemon grass and ginger, chilli
