| Gourmet marshmallows
These gourmet marshmallows are light and softer than traditional marshmallows, and melt softly in your mouth. They are excellent lightly toasted, but straight out of the packet make a delicious addition to a chocolate fondue. Perfect to add to the picnic hamper or a featherweight addition to a back pack when hiking, just ready as an energy boost when needed. Surprise your friends with our marshmallows as a sweet canape with drinks, or as petit fours after dinner.

- Because of their moisture content and the level of fruits and juices used in making these yummy sweets, we add potassium sorbate as a preservative to the marshmallows unless you ask for them without. This avoids problems with the naturally occurring fruit yeasts.
- These should be stored in a cool, dry environment preferably around 10 or 12C to retain their freshness. In very warm environments they will soften easily.
