Our gourmet marshmallows are light and softer than traditional marshmallows, and melt softly in your mouth.

Serve your friends our marshmallows as a sweet canape or as petit fours after dinner.
Try some sharp tangy fruits or the sweet traditional flavours like bourbon vanilla, or creamy coffee or the salty margarita. Savour and enjoy!
- All our marshmallows are gluten free
- All are fat free (except for those with coconut or cocoa coatings)
- All are lactose free as they contain no dairy products
- All contain free-range organic egg whites
- These marshmallows are not suitable for vegetarians. They are made with bovine (cow) gelatine from certified BSE-free animals.
- These should be stored in a cool, dry place preferably less than 12C to retain their freshness. In very warm environments they soften and can melt.
- Because of the moisture content and the level of fruits
and juices used in making some of these yummy sweets the shelf life is short. We can add potassium sorbate
as a preservative to the marshmallows if you ask for it to extend the shelf life a little.
This avoids problems with the naturally occurring fruit yeasts.
