Fruit Jellies
These delicious and intensely-flavoured jellies are made from crushed fruits that have been sourced in Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex where possible. They are stable at cool room temperatures and are firmer than dessert jellies. They are made as confectionery but make excellent palate cleansers and accompaniments to cheese too. They will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator. Strawberry jelly
