Fruit Jellies
These delicious and intensely-flavoured jellies are made from crushed fruits that have been sourced where possible in Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex.
They won't melt in cool room temperatures and are firmer than dessert jellies, but it is best to store them below 12C.
They are made as confectionery but make excellent palate cleansers and accompaniments to cheese.
